My husband got me a new hard drive for my laptop because i filled mine up with pictures from GARF and George Harrison videos. Durrrrr. He took her clean apart and put her all back together again with only one screw leftover!! Much better than when me and my dad took apart a toaster then threw out all the pieces about an hour later after repeated failed attempts to put it back together again. The exclamation point doesn't work very well but otherwise it seems fine. It took him over two hours. You know how when the power is out (like say, from a hurricane...) you keep thinking "well, i can't read so i'll watch tv. oops, nope. i guess i'll go on-line. ooops, nope." So even though i knew it's little guts were spread out all over the dining room table i kept thinking "oh, i'll finish reading my flist. nope. oh, i'll get those cds added to itunes. nope."
My knee hurts! Any suggestions for knee trouble? I think I screwed it up after YEARS of sitting on my left leg instead of with both feet on the floor like you are supposed to do. it has caused me to have to slow down my pedaling though i'm still making myself ride at least 4 days a week. But it makes it hard to fall asleep at night so if anyone has suggestions for fixing it let me know!!

Hehehe.. Just kidding! I missed you today though. I have knee pain all the time, I'm gonna to play 6 minllion dollar man someday and get mine replaced. But for now, my cure is Advil.
You should have been at the Brazilian place today! Scott (Chandlers son) came in and played bass with us! It ROCKED!!! It was so much fun! =o) I tried recording it on my little recorder.. I have no idea how it turned out. I'll let you know. =o)
darn. i may have to start some advil in the evenings - it's hard to fall asleep.
but i also bought some advil :)
thanks for the invite and good luck creating a thriving and productive community!
i wish i started yoga up as a kid! do you do it often now?
i did some yoga just for the sake of doing yoga since i haven't done any for a month - i didn't know it would actually make my knee feel better, so that was a nice surprise.
if my class cancels i'm going to sign up for it again this summer but it won't start until june so i'll be on my own until then. we'll see how strong-willed i am. much easier to lie around on the couch watching tv :( but the knee benefits certainly add motivation!!
Yeah, I sat on my legs in bad positions quite frequently. Not so much any more.
